Joan Anita Davis-Williams is a qualified, experienced and outstanding licensed guru, consultant and trainer from Jamaica. She has acquired over 43 years’ experience having worked in various institutions such as:

Ardenne Extension High School, Kingston, Jamaica part-time (1990-2012)
The Mico University College, Kingston, Jamaica (summer 2007-present)
Since 2011 to present, Mrs. Davis-Williams has been at the prestigious King’s House, Jamaica, where she serves as Consultant /Trainer to the staff of Kings House and in 2012 she also served as Deputy Governor-General’s Secretary (Personal).

The foundation to this hardworking and conscientious woman started with her primary education at Prospect Primary, White Marl Primary and St. Jago High School. Her further studies at the esteemed University of Technology, Jamaica (formerly College of Arts Science and Technology), honed her skills with a Diploma in Education in 1976, majoring in Home Economics, and a Bachelor of Education degree in 1985.

In her quest for higher education to further assist in delivering quality customer service to all her stakeholders, Joan went on to acquire a Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology, (Magna Cum Laude) from American Intercontinental University Online, a certificate in Teaching Children with Different Learning Styles (Bank Street University, New York), a certificate in Counselling Techniques, (University of the West Indies, Mona) and a certified Customer Service Facilitator, (Quality Management Consultancy, Kingston, Jamaica)

During her exciting years as one of Jamaica’s greatest edutainer, she held positions of Form Teacher, Grade Supervisor, Teacher of Drama at St. Jago High School (her alma mater); Head of Home Economics Department, Founder and facilitator of a Personal Development Programme, Acting Vice-Principal for Upper and Lower School and Human Resource Development Coordinator at Ardenne High School. This dynamic educator has also created and implemented at least twenty programmes that have benefitted many adult and young learners in Jamaica and other countries.

Bishop Courtney McLean is the Founder and Senior Pastor
of Worship and Faith International Fellowship (WAFIF)
with head office in Jamaica and branch in Fort Lauderdale;
Florida. He’s truly a Visionary having given birth to the
WAFIF Whole Life Group of Schools which includes, at the
moment, WAFIF College of Theology and Integrated
Studies and the WAFIF Academy of Excellence. Bishop
McLean’s life message has enabled him to become A
Transformational Leader and a sought after Motivational
Speaker. Through him marriages have been restored and
people have turned their lives around. God has also done
wonders through Bishop McLean where we have seen
healing from HIV and cancers, the lame walking and deaf
ears popping open. He is happily married to his soul mate
Ambassador, the Rev Nadine Mclean and they are the
proud parents of 2 beautiful daughters; Dominique and
Deborah and a son Daniel.
Bishop McLean is a graduate of the Jamaica Open Bible
Institute, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. He
also graduated magna cum laude with a Master’s Degree in Leadership and is currently
pursuing his Doctorate in Leadership.
He hosts two programmes; the popular Miracles Now aired on radio and cable channels in
Jamaica; and Wired to Win; an empowerment programme heard on Gospel Ja. Of note is his
successful initiative called Every Man a Warrior: a Mentorship-Discipleship programme where
he empowers men to become exemplary leaders, husbands and fathers. Also as a Bishop he
oversees other pastors and their churches. Bishop McLean is an Ambassador to the United
Nations and an International Chaplin; a member of the Lay Magistrates Association of Jamaica
St Catherine Chapter, Author of ‘Honouring God the Gateway to Success’, ‘Turning Nothing
into Something’, Lessons in Demonology Volume 1; the Wired to Win Productivity Planner; a
portable Vision Board that gives a step by step approach of how to organize your life and win

Nadine hosts Morning Express - Monday to Friday - 10am to 1pm and Love In The Morning on Love 101 FM - Friday - 5am to 10am and is the Programmes Manager at Love FM.

Nadine is the founder for Allowed to Shine Ministries under which she has hosted several conferences and held numerous “Perpetual Praise” events in schools, churches and communities locally and overseas.

She is the Founder and CEO of Allowed to Shine Ministries (ATSM) which oversees: Perpetual Praise and other events

She is a Board Member of Jamaica Youth For Christ; the President of the Board of JGMN and has also served as Board Member at Lee University, her Alma mater in Cleveland, Tennessee
She was recently called to serve on the Global Board of Education for the Church of God International.

Nadine has hosted several empowerment conferences and worship sessions and her book - “Sing Your Song” - was recently published on her birthday, on September 21, 2020. Other books are currently in the making.

Nadine is an enthusiastic Christian and is a member of the New Testament Church of God.

“I want to effect change in peoples lives through my ministries and if that is accomplished then I would have fulfilled what God has purposed me to do,” she pronounced. The motto for her Allowed To Shine Ministries aptly summarizes Nadine’s sentiment, “Christ through us to others, for others to shine”.

Coach, ALICIA TAYLOR is a fine product of the
Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing
Arts. As an International recording artiste, Alicia
Taylor was a member of the former group
iWorshipp and has performed and recorded as a
supporting vocalist for several regionally and
internationally acclaimed gospel artistes.
Alicia's voice and creative mind echoes the
concealed thoughts and issues of Christians and
Youth of this era. Alicia is a member of Worship
and Faith International Fellowship where she
currently serves as Leader to the Youth and
Creative Arts Department.
Wife, Mother, and sincere worshipper, she
endeavors to cultivate and carry an atmosphere of
access and service wherever she goes.

Trevelle Clarke-Whyne hails from the beautiful garden parish of Saint Ann in Jamaica. She is daughter to Hyacinth Gordon-Clarke and Trevor Clarke, a sister, wife to Adrian Whyne, mother to Shobi-Mai Whyne, a gospel recording artiste and a worship leader at the First Triumphant Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic, where she also serves as youth president.
Trevelle was introduced to music at an early age by her mother who is a retired music teacher and principal. She started playing the piano at age nine and entered numerous Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) Music and Speech festivals, copping gold and silver medals. She was also selected in the year 2014 to participate in the Talent Stage of the Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival.
Trevelle is a graduate of The Mico University College, the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts and the University of the West Indies (Mona). She has been an educator for over 10 years now and resides at the intersection of being a lecturer at the Edna Manley College School of the Visual and Performing Arts- School of Music and a minister of the gospel.

She has released a number of singles and is currently working on other projects. Trevelle has shared stage with International Gospel acts such as Kim Burrell, Jermaine Edwards, DJ Nicholas among other iconic gospel ministers. Her mantra is, “Live your life to leave a legacy. Make a mark through your Christian integrity and always seek to uphold an excellent kingdom reputation”.
