Ronald is in his twenty-first year of practice as an Attorney-at-Law. He graduated from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Law in Barbados in 1999 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours Degree. He subsequently obtained his Legal Education Certificate in 2001 from the Norman Manley Law School. Prior to his law degree, Ronald attained a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with First Class Honours, from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.

He spent four years employed to the law firm of Myers Fletcher & Gordon, where he was elevated to the position of Senior Associate in the Commercial Department, with emphasis on corporate law, intellectual property, entertainment law, telecommunications law and commercial contracts.

In 2005 Ron was employed to Lime (Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited) as Legal Advisor (Head of Department) in the Legal, Regulatory and Public Policy Division advising on all aspects of intellectual property, entertainment law, commercial and telecommunications law.

In March of 2008 he started his own Law Firm, Williams & Young with Co-Partner Ambassador Arthur Williams Jnr. In 2019 Ronald branched off into his own law firm, Young Law, through which he presently practices in the areas of intellectual property and entertainment law, corporate and business law, real estate and commercial and civil litigation.

Ronald has several years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has been involved in artiste development and event management and promotion since the age of seventeen, long before entering into legal studies.

As an entertainment lawyer, Ronald has advised numerous industry leaders including the Bob Marley Foundation; VP Records; Former Prime Minister The Right Honourable Edward Seaga; Reggae Sunsplash; Sportsmax; Headline Entertainment; Athlete Ricardo “Bibi” Gardner; The ATI weekend; Movie producer Jeremy Whittaker (“Destiny”); Dancehall artistes Popcaan, TOK, Busy Signal, Leftside, Lexxus; Singers Jah Cure, Richie Spice, Rootz Underground, Romain Virgo, Cecile, Chris Martin, Tammi Chynn and Naomi Cowan; Producers Shane Brown, Arif Cooper, ZJ Chrome, Code Red, Heart of Love, Clive Hunt, Donovan Germaine and Tommy Cowan; Soca Producers Jarrod Faria (“Differentology “We Ready”); Model Yendi Phillipps, fashion promoters Collection Moda and Author Trevor Rhone.

He has negotiated numerous contracts including involving Sean Paul, Vybz Kartel, Agent Sasco, and Major Lazer.

Ronald has served as a Commissioner at the Financial Services Commission (FSC), secretary of the Bar Associations Intellectual Property Law Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Anti-Piracy Alliance (JAPA), Legal Advisor to the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) and the Jamaica Business Development Centre (JBDC).

Finally, Ronald is co-proprietor of the popular food, beverage and entertainment spot, Janga’s Soundbar & Grill on Belmont Road.

It was a change in Perspective to see she was not the only person to suffer loss that reshaped Mary’s mind to tag the purpose of Glass Houses to her pain of her mother’s brutal murder by her nephew to birth Glass Houses as a tool of praise to identify with and connect to the I-AM.

Mary believes charity starts at home and has launched her philanthropic mission at Pringle Home for Children; a home for girls ages 3-21, located in her home parish, St. Mary. The Project is retrofitting the library to take the girls on “mind adventures”. This initiative is in honor of her mother, an avid reader whose reading and dreaming habits Mary has modeled since age 6.

J.M. Basil Reid was born in Jamaica and raised in NYC. He studied classical and sequential art, attended Art and Design HS, and was a student of Michael Davis at the MoMA’s Children's Art Carnival. He attended NYU and graduated from RIT with a BFA in illustration.

He served in the US Military with the Infantry, with various deployments including to Iraq. He is currently a freelance screenwriter and a news presenter with CVM News.

Simone K Walker is a seasoned marketing executive born and raised in Kingston and has held senior marketing roles in the financial services and Appliances & Commercial Equipment marketing field. Her journey began over 15 years ago when she decided to take a leap of faith to delve into the realm of advertising and marketing. She studied media and communications at the CARIMAC at the UWI, Mona.
Since last year, Simone has fully embraced entrepreneurship as she leads the Brand House Agency providing digital marketing solutions for SME’s and Corporate entities.
She also has a passion for planning weddings and is truly in her ackee when she meets any unsuspecting, unmarried couple. Simone also enjoys mentoring and coaching young professionals in the pursuit of their personal and professional goals.

Stacey is a author, speaker, executive and CEO/Founder of Epic Transformation. For her work in the field of technology she was recently selected as one of the top 50 Caribbean Women in Tech. Stacey servers on many boards as either Chairperson or Director helping to advance the MSME ecosystem through mentorship and strategic guidance.
As a business and leadership coach Stacey founded Epic Transformation a technology focused workforce transformation company, where she is able to channel some of her passion projects which includes her podcast “The Balanced Lady Boss Show”
