Cancelation Policy
* A cancellation must be in writing and sent to sdm@oecs.int with the subject line clearly stating: “Cancellation - GUEST NAME – SDM 2020â€. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a USD 200 administrative fee until
February 15, 2020.
* Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from February 16 through June 30, 2020. Cancellations received after June 30, 2020, are nonrefundable.
* Tickets for Virtual Access are non-refundable.
For cancellations due to Visa Denials, please e-mail sdm@oecs.int (evidence of the denial must be submitted for processing).
